High quality professionalism at a very affordable price

I had just purchased a Mini Cooper S R53 and was driving back home on a Friday evening, for the first time, directly after purchase. I heard a clink, the EML light came on and I instantly lost the power steering. After pulling over and a quick inspection, I limped the car home.

Desperate to return back to my place of work in Oxfordshire, on Sunday, for a preflight Covid PCR test, I had to get the car repaired. I contacted Express Auto Care at 0830 on the Saturday morning and they recommended dropping the car off ASAP. Upon arrival at the garage, clouds of steam started rising from the bonnet and the coolant tank was boiling! I asked for the team to check the car over and perform a diagnostic check.

Before I had even returned home, they called me back and had already identified all the faults. Furthermore, they had ordered the replacement Auxiliary belt. By 1145, it was repaired and ready to go. The paperwork was completed in full and they very kindly provided a goody bag because I was a first time customer!
